Strawberry Jam

Bursting with the flavour of ripe Perthshire strawberries, this jam is made in small batches in Dunkeld. Using the traditional open-pan method, every jar is crafted, sealed, and labelled by hand.

Pairing suggestion: A sweet topping for pancakes, waffles, or yoghurt, and a fruity twist with roast meats like pork or glazed ham.
