The Witchery Blended Malt Whisky 70cl

To mark the grand opening of The Witchery Shop, James Thomson has enlisted the expertise of Antonio Bruce from the prestigious independent bottler and distillery, Adelphi, to develop a custom blended malt whisky. This exclusive creation will be available at both the restaurant and the shop.

The whisky features a rich, fruity character with delicate smokiness from the Ardnamurchan distillery. Ardnamurchan operates entirely on renewable energy, and the barley used in the whisky is sourced from Antonia's family farms in Fife, just across the Forth from The Witchery. The smoky notes are beautifully balanced with a light, sweet fruitiness, offering a harmonious and sophisticated drinking experience.
