Founded in 1920 by Henri Hervieux and Juliette Dumez, the vineyard focuses on creating authentic champagnes that reflect the richness of their terroir. The current generation—Laurent, Clément, and Timothée—continues this legacy, emphasising sustainability and a deep connection to nature. Their philosophy centres on producing highquality wines while preserving biodiversity and maintaining a balance between tradition and modern practices.
