In celebration of The Witchery’s 45th Anniversary, we are thrilled to partner with Lind and Lime Distillery to create a delicious, premium, bespoke gin.

Tasting Notes

This exceptional spirit boasts a vibrant juniper and citrus profile, enhanced by fresh lemon, black cardamom, nettles, cassia bark, and a hint of lavender, resulting in a fragrant and aromatic finish. The lively citrus notes pay tribute to the rich history of maritime trade in Edinburgh’s Port of Leith, while the classic London Dry style reflects The Witchery's ability to navigate the last four and a half decades with elegance. Lemon evokes the era when citrus fruits were cherished for their freshness on long voyages and the inclusion of nettles and lavender adds a touch of Witchery magic.

Our craft gin is bottled at 45% ABV to honour our 45th Anniversary and comes in a beautifully crafted apothecary-style amber bottle.

The limited edition first batch was distilled on Halloween 2024, and is available to buy in our shop, online or to enjoy in our restaurants.
